Our Programs
Education that changes everything.
Our prevention-focused workshops give teens and adults the knowledge, language, and confidence to recognize unhealthy relationships — and the tools to build better ones.
Teen Awareness & Prevention
Our teen program meets young people where they are — in schools, community centers, and youth organizations. Through interactive workshops, honest conversations, and peer-led discussions, we help teens identify unhealthy relationship patterns early and build the confidence to make positive choices.
Designed for ages 13–19, our youth curriculum covers the warning signs of unhealthy relationships, the dynamics of power and control, healthy communication skills, and how to support a friend in need. Sessions are facilitated by trained educators in a safe, judgment-free environment.

Adult Education & Empowerment
Designed for adults at every stage of life, our adult workshops provide a safe, supportive space to understand the dynamics of domestic violence, recognize warning signs, and access resources.
Our adult curriculum is designed for individuals, community groups, workplaces, and faith organizations. Topics include the cycle of abuse, trauma-informed responses, safety planning, and connecting survivors to local resources. All sessions are led by certified educators with lived experience.
